Dispatch & Crafting Times

Every Caracoda Equestrian piece is prepared with profound dedication. Ready-to-ship provisions are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Bespoke and made-to-order commissions require 4–6 weeks for crafting and dispatch.

Domestic Carriage (United Kingdom)

We entrust delivery across Britain to the Royal Mail and are using "Next day delivery" service. Please note, "next day" means the day after the dispatch, not after the day when you placed your order.
All domestic parcels are fully tracked and require a signature upon arrival.

International Voyages

We proudly ship to select destinations worldwide.
US additional import tariffs and any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Rest of World: local customs duties and import levies remain the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping to the European Union

We regrettably suspend all carriage to EU member states at this time. Newly implemented import regulations require non-EU makers to appoint a designated legal representative residing within the EU — a requirement we are presently unable to fulfil.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

Should your parcel face unexpected delays, please allow a short grace period for the courier to rectify the route. If your goods have not arrived within 7 working days of the expected delivery date, contact us at infocaracoda@gmail.com and we shall investigate promptly.

Carriage Security & Transit Interruptions

To ensure the safe arrival of your treasured goods, all Caracoda Equestrian parcels are dispatched utilizing fully tracked services that require a signature upon delivery. This careful measure provides absolute peace of mind for both maker and customer.

Because of the valuable nature of these handcrafted pieces, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a correct, precise, and secure shipping address. Please ensure the destination provided is a trusted location where you maintain full control over the receipt and safe-keeping of your parcel upon its arrival.

While the vast majority of our deliveries proceed seamlessly, unforeseen interruptions on the road can occasionally occur. Should your parcel fail to arrive within 7 to 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us so we may assist.

Parcels Recorded as Delivered
If the courier’s official log records your parcel as successfully delivered and signed for, yet it is not in your possession, we kindly ask that you conduct an immediate local inquiry. Please consult with household members who may have received it on your behalf, check with immediate neighbors, and inspect safe areas around your property.

Because the courier has formally recorded a successful handover, the courier's liability—and our direct jurisdiction over the parcel—concludes at this point. If the goods remain unfound following your search, the matter must be addressed as a suspected theft from your property. You will need to file a formal report with your local police constabulary and consult your home insurance provider. Caracoda Equestrian is fully committed to supporting your investigation and will promptly supply all dispatch records, tracking logs, and signature proofs required by the authorities or your insurers to assist your claim.

Parcels Lost in Transit
If your piece has not arrived and the tracking record does not show it as delivered, Caracoda Equestrian will personally intervene. We will launch a formal investigation with the courier, and upon their official confirmation that the parcel has been lost in transit, we will issue a full and immediate refund for your order.
